The 6th of November was the International Day against Violence and Bullying at School.

The official International Day against Violence and Bullying at School (including Cyberbullying) is observed on the first Thursday of November.
The day was established by UNESCO in 2019 to raise awareness ( make people aware) .
About the day:
Purpose: To highlight the issue of school violence and cyberbullying and call for action to end it.
- When?: The first Thursday of November each year.
- Goals/Objectives: To protect children's rights to education and to health and well-being. The day calls on governments, organizations, and individuals to work together to create safer school environments.
Stand up as an "upstander": If you see bullying, don't participate or laugh. Help the person being bullied or tell a trusted adult.
- Report it: If you are being bullied, tell a parent, teacher, or another adult you trust.
- For online bullying: Save evidence (screenshots for example), and then report it to a trusted adult immediately.
- Support victims: Speak to friends or classmates about what's happening and ask for their help.
- Promote positive behavior: Encourage/Show respect, empathy, and inclusion to promote a safer school environment for everyone.
